The CodeRED system provides Yarmouth officials the ability to quickly and professionally deliver messages to targeted areas or neighborhoods, or the entire Town of Yarmouth through personalized messages via voice, email, and text. If you have a listed land line, then it is very likely you are already getting these notifications and there is nothing you need to do. However, if you have recently moved here, have an unlisted number, or want to register a cell phone or email, you can register on the Code Red Site. Since the system issues notifications by town and street, you need to register your specific street address in Yarmouth, even if that isn’t your mailing address. Don’t enter an off cape primary residence, or a PO Box. When you get to the site, you will have the option to register a managed account, or just do a one time registration. The advantage to registering an account is that you can come back and edit the information later if your phone or email changes. If you don’t want to create an account, just click NO on the bottom of the registration page and then Continue.
